WHAT PROCESS WILL BE CARRIED OUT ?

After showing your interest in being a volunteer at Spanish_Expedición, we will conduct an interview in which you can share a little about your reasons for participating in volunteering. In addition, we will review your project and assess the impact you want to achieve in the community.

If you are accepted as a volunteer:

Before starting, it is important to carry out some administrative procedures, such as signing agreements. In addition, it is important that the volunteer is informed about the project, the local culture and the expectations of the organization.

The volunteer receives an induction and training at the beginning of volunteering

This includes a presentation of the project, the objectives and the activities to be carried out, as well as an explanation of the internal policies and procedures.

Specific training in areas relevant to volunteering is also provided.
