🧘 You’ll need a yoga mat. Feel free to bring your own, or we can help you get one before the tour. It's not included in the price, but we offer this support so you don’t waste time searching for one.

To make the most of this experience, we recommend bringing:
🧢 Comfortable clothes and walking shoes
You’ll be walking through gardens and natural paths, so wear breathable clothes and shoes made for walking.
🧴 Sunscreen
Even on cloudy days, Medellín’s UV rays can be strong. Protect your skin during the outdoor activities.
🦟 Mosquito repellent
Since we’ll be spending time in nature, repellent will help you stay comfortable and bite-free.
🧘 Yoga mat
We’ll have a group yoga session. You can bring your own mat, or we can help you purchase one beforehand. (Not included in the tour price.)
🧥 Light jacket or poncho
Medellín’s weather can change quickly. A light rain jacket or poncho is useful just in case of a short rain.
📸 Your phone or camera
You’ll want to take beautiful photos, especially during the Mariposaurio visit and the photo session with Paisa phrases.
👜 Small backpack or bag
To carry your water, snacks, and personal items comfortably.
💧 Reusable water bottle (optional)
We’ll provide water, but you’re welcome to bring your own bottle to refill and stay hydrated.
💵 Cash or card for lunch
Lunch is not included, so bring some money to enjoy your meal at In Situ restaurant.
